Customer problem: I have a Digimaster 3 purchased in year 2018. When I update it, an upgrade notice shows “Device not found”. I had deleted some files in management before updating, I’m not sure whether it contains the DEVI file or not. How to fix it now?

Chip: 8feet 93C56 (ra57)
Instruction:
Option 1: weld the chip on the OBP board (safe and stable)
Option 2: use the clip (easily lost the data; and not stable, need to try several times until succeed).
How to weld the chip on the OBP board to change the mileage?
Remove the chip off the dashboard.

Remove the excess tin on the IC.
Weld the chip on the OBP adapter packed in the Digimaster 3.
Solder the chip off the adapter.
Solder the chip back onto the adapter.
Use banana oil to clean the chip that was solder back onto the adapter.
Done!
Customer Problem: I used Digimaster 3 for my Lexus, but when I select “Lexus”, there was nothing appeared.

Customer Problem:
I have finished updating digimaster 3. I want to use it to correct odometer for my 2015 Honda Vezel hybrid and 2010 Mitsubishi canter fuso with 24c16, but I don’t find the corresponding menu. It doesn’t appear a bunch of red characters on the screen when upgrading.

It isn’t possible to stay on this interface as the picture you offered. If digimaster3 failed to update, it will prompt with red words, and just update again is ok. You cannot find the related car models, please enter [Programmer] menu and select the chip type to read data, then send the data and the corresponding car model, year, chip type, the original kilometers and the mileage you want to change to nnyh@autoemaster.com. The engineer will modify the data manually and give feedback to you.
